This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive change management strategy for platform modernization and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business and transformation leaders to ensure the change approach aligns with the enterprise strategy and operational objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments that consider affected roles, behaviors, and organizational consequences.
• Create and implement integrated change plans that encompass leadership alignment, employee engagement, communication, training, and reinforcement.
• Develop and oversee a change governance model featuring readiness checkpoints and escalation processes.
• Integrate change activities within delivery milestones and release schedules alongside Program Leads.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and change capacity, identifying and addressing adoption risks.
• Build and empower a network of change sponsors, champions, and power users.
• Collaborate with Communications and Training leaders to create role-based messaging and enablement.
• Track adoption metrics, qualitative feedback, and sentiment trends; modify strategies as required.
• Assist with go-live and post-deployment stabilization by promoting new behaviors and working methods.
• Ensure that change documentation, ownership, and sustainability plans are established following deployment.
• Document lessons learned and consistently enhance change practices across transformation initiatives.
• Provide support during extended hours for critical deployment and go-live phases.
• Travel as needed for leadership sessions, workshops, and readiness-related activities.
• A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in leading organizational change management or enterprise transformation projects.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven experience in driving adoption within complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence behavior change in matrixed environments.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and employees amidst ambiguity and transition.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to balance empathy with accountability in facilitating adoption.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate readiness, risk, and the effectiveness of adoption.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-visibility transformation settings.
• Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, time-sensitive transformation environment.
• Willingness to support extended hours during critical deployment and go-live phases.
• Travel as necessary to assist with leadership sessions, workshops, and readiness initiatives.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Certification in change management, project management, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
