Senior Director – Cencora University Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand shared services for Learning & Development.

• Create and execute standardized operating models, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Oversee the daily operations of the talent development function.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Technology/IT, and Finance to design and establish a Learning Marketplace.

• Enhance operational excellence by implementing process improvements, automation, and agentic AI.

• Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for Cencora University.

• Manage the certification, enablement, and continuous support of Cencora University faculty facilitators.

• Work with Communications and Marketing teams to roll out learner awareness and action campaigns.

• Develop and implement enterprise learning measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Inspire, lead, and cultivate a global team, promoting high engagement levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading L&D operations, learning systems, or talent development functions within a complex, global organization.

• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling shared services, operating models, and learning infrastructures.

• Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning platforms and ecosystems.

• Proven ability to lead global teams and achieve results through influence and operational discipline.

• Generally requires 12+ years of progressive experience in learning operations, talent development, HR operations, or related areas.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
