This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Leads a dedicated team of caregivers to ensure an exceptional experience for both our customer and supplier stakeholders.
• Oversees the IT, Capital, ESS, and Purchased Services Category Management team.
• Manages the strategic partnership with the GPO, covering a team of approximately 20-40 caregivers.
• Responsible for managing, supporting, and upholding final decision rights on contracting deliverables, timelines, and contract terms and conditions while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes and interprets data to formulate strategies and tactics for influencing suppliers.
• Initiates ongoing quality improvement by assessing and refining the division's operations.
• Possesses end-to-end project management skills for high-profile projects.
• Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in both internal and external communications.
• Clearly and effectively presents industry-related information.
• Maintains a high-performance work environment in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Travels as necessary and participates in organizational programs and events that contribute to the growth of the organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Purchased Services is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale procurement teams (3-5 years managing 10 or more employees, including those in management roles).
• Proficient understanding of GPO operations, integration, and collaboration.
• Expertise in multiple procurement functions (Category Management, GPO relations, Contracting, Purchasing, Sourcing).
• Mastery in operationalizing and coaching large teams, establishing operational model structures, standardizing processes, and facilitating transformational change management.
• Proven ability to lead a team of professionals in effectively achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
• Established decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Capability and drive to work towards best-in-class processes to achieve significant financial, quality, and service outcomes.
