Senior Director, Cancer Center Partnerships

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and engage stakeholders across health systems to enhance collaboration and boost impact throughout the cancer care continuum.

• Lead and cultivate high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring leaders, while establishing clear objectives.

• Propel the strategic integration of pillar priorities via strategic account management and resource alignment.

• Ensure operational excellence by overseeing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare, or Nonprofit Management (graduate degree preferred).

• More than six years of progressive experience in healthcare-related management, administration, and account management.

• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining high-level relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders.

• Ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with health systems, payers, community organizations, and diverse populations.

• Proficient in representing the organization to hospitals, health systems, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
