This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Provide visionary leadership and establish strategic direction for the global business system.
• Oversee the implementation of Lean Business System methodologies, tools, standards, governance, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms.
• Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to advance strategic priorities and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Identify and address risks impacting customer outcomes, operational performance, quality, delivery, and overall enterprise results.
• Implement business system standards on a global scale and assist leaders in their adoption.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders in Lean practices and advanced Lean concepts.
• Facilitate change management through coaching of leaders.
• Execute enterprise strategy utilizing Hoshin Kanri across various regions and functions.
• Define, design, and globally implement the transactional business system.
• Develop and apply Lean practices to enhance speed, quality, alignment, and outcomes.
• Support both vertical and horizontal integration within Commercial and Service functions.
• Lead large-scale improvement initiatives that align with the enterprise strategy.
• Identify cross-functional improvement opportunities and standardize vehicles and tools.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and promote process-focused solutions.
• Employ change management frameworks to enhance leadership and team collaboration.
• Leverage digital and AI solutions to expedite business system implementation and outcomes.
• Foster global synergies through best-practice sharing and standardization.
• Mentor business system leaders and promote continuous improvement.
• Supervise Lean maturity assessments and the development of roadmaps.
• Master’s degree in business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement across various business domains.
• A minimum of 5–10 years in business roles utilizing a Lean business system.
• Extensive experience working within and with a mature Lean business system.
• Proven experience leading enterprise business transformations with recognized impact at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in influencing senior leaders indirectly.
• Strong business acumen.
• Mastery of Lean systems, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with leaders and peers across different levels and geographies.
• Proven analytical and systems-thinking skills with a focus on end-to-end solution design.
• Exceptional facilitation and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Proactive risk management and issue-resolution abilities with appropriate escalation.
• Willingness and capability to travel 50–75% of the time.
