This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Provide visionary leadership and establish strategic direction for the global business system.
• Oversee the enterprise Lean Business System, including methodologies, tools, standards, governance, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms.
• Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to advance strategic priorities and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks that impact customer outcomes, operational performance, quality, delivery, and overall enterprise results.
• Implement business system standards on a global scale and assist leaders in their adoption.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders on Lean practices, advanced Lean concepts, and change leadership.
• Execute enterprise strategy through Hoshin Kanri.
• Define, design, and implement the global transactional business system.
• Develop and execute Lean practices aimed at enhancing speed, quality, alignment, and outcomes.
• Facilitate vertical and horizontal integration across Commercial and Service functions.
• Lead significant improvement initiatives that align with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
• Identify cross-functional improvement opportunities and spearhead standardization efforts.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive solutions focused on process improvement.
• Apply change management frameworks to enhance leadership and team collaboration.
• Leverage digital and AI solutions to expedite the deployment of the business system and achieve results.
• Foster global synergies through the sharing of best practices and standardization.
• Mentor business system leaders and promote innovation within the continuous improvement community.
• Supervise Lean maturity assessments and the development of roadmaps.
• Master’s degree in business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement across various business domains.
• At least 5–10 years in business roles utilizing a Lean business system.
• Extensive experience working within and with a mature Lean business system.
• Proven experience leading enterprise business transformations with recognized, scalable business impact.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, particularly in guiding senior leaders indirectly through influence.
• Strong business acumen.
• Mastery of Lean systems, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
• Effective communication and presentation skills across various levels and geographies.
• Proven analytical and systems-thinking abilities with a focus on end-to-end solution design.
• Exceptional facilitation and strategic-thinking skills.
• Proactive skills in risk management and issue resolution with appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
