Senior Director, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate operational teams, including Content Operations, Localization & Translation Operations, Product Onboarding Operations, and Product Content Operations.

• Foster a high-performance operational culture centered around accountability, scalability, agility, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Mentor and develop managerial staff and operational leaders.

• Propel organizational alignment and clarity among operational functions.

• Set operational performance metrics and service standards for all operational teams.

• Direct operational strategy and continuous enhancement initiatives within Commercial Operations.

• Create and execute scalable workflows, governance frameworks, and operational processes.

• Detect operational inefficiencies and deploy scalable solutions utilizing automation, AI, and process optimization techniques.

• Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, reporting schedules, and mechanisms for executive visibility.

• Collaborate with Compliance teams to remain informed on regulatory changes that affect digital and e-commerce content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced ecommerce, marketplace, retail, or technology setting.

• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional operational transformation and process optimization projects.

• Strong background in constructing scalable workflows, operational governance, and execution frameworks.

• Documented experience in assessing or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation projects, or operational technologies.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in leading managers and operational teams effectively.

• Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
