This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and implement business development and sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure strategic sales opportunities with enterprise clients, government entities, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Manage intricate sales processes from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Formulate strategic account plans and drive growth within existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align market possibilities with product offerings.
• Assess market trends, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer interactions.
• Mentor and assist junior sales and business development team members when necessary.
• Develop strategies for partnerships, channels, and alliances to enhance market penetration.
• Prepare and deliver business forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, proposal generation, contract negotiations, and commercial terms.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term account retention.
• Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance - US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or similar commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving substantial revenue growth and closing complex, high-value contracts.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive environments.
• Familiarity with working alongside executive-level decision makers and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Established ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Strong executive presence complemented by exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
• Thorough understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and ensure organizational alignment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• High level of business acumen and commercial judgment.
• Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
• Employees may be requested to attend in-person meetings, training sessions, or company functions at Knowmadics offices or other specified locations.
• Travel to support business operations may also be necessary.
