
Senior Director, Business Development, ECC Vehicle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing the uptake of Menace-X and other integrated vehicle computing solutions within the Department of Defense (DoD) and allied forces.
• Discover and assess new business prospects where mobile ECC capabilities can fill operational voids in tactical edge settings through comprehensive operational analysis and robust customer interactions.
• Spearhead capture initiatives for vehicle-based ECC programs, providing support to Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs), service laboratories, and operational teams.
• Establish and sustain relationships with critical stakeholders across various services to comprehend mission requirements and effectively position Anduril’s vehicle-based ECC solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to develop technical roadmaps that align with customer demands and emerging threats.
• Assist in proposal development, customer presentations, and strategic planning efforts.
• Represent Anduril’s ECC vehicle systems portfolio at industry events, demonstrations, and field exercises.
• Contribute to business performance monitoring, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• 7–10 years of experience in defense business development, program management, or acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition procedures, government contracting, and capability transition strategies.
• Experience with tactical vehicle platforms, mobile C2 systems, and edge compute/communications technologies.
• Familiarity with DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth) operational environments and mobile command and control concepts.
• Proven track record in capturing and expanding defense programs, particularly in vehicle-based systems.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
• Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
