Business Development Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead Global Project Pursuits: Take charge of pursuing significant, strategic projects across various international markets.

• Drive Above Market Growth Business Development: Foster and expand AMG initiatives.

• Global Pricing Strategy Management: Create and execute pricing strategies.

• Service Prioritization & NPD Forecasting: Oversee the prioritization of service offerings and project the NPD pipeline for emerging technologies.

• Monitor NPD performance metrics and modify the pipeline based on commercial results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is preferred)

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic project leadership, business development, or pricing strategy within a global industrial or technology-focused environment

• Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-value projects

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, matrixed, and multicultural setting

• Experience collaborating with EPCs, tank manufacturers, or in the industrial gas, energy, or infrastructure industries
