This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new pharmaceutical manufacturer prospects for hub services, specialty pharmacy, and alternative channel (DTP/DTE) programs.
• Identify and nurture relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing, including those in commercial, trade, and market access leadership roles.
• Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Create and present proposals that align manufacturer needs with Fuze Health’s service capabilities.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy & Hub Operations, Clinical Services, Legal, and Finance to craft deals that are both operationally and financially viable.
• Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM system.
• Provide consistent updates to the VP of Business Development.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes impacting alternative channel and hub services models.
• Represent Fuze Health at industry conferences and events geared towards manufacturers to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Travel up to 40% of the time to engage with prospects and partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within pharmaceutical manufacturer services, specialty pharmacy, or hub services.
• Previous experience at the Director level or higher.
• In-depth understanding of alternative channel models, including DTP and DTE program design.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, trade/distribution, or patient access services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with prospects and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Capability to meet physical demands, including prolonged computer use and lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving items up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to travel occasionally, sit for extended periods on planes or in vehicles, carry luggage independently, navigate airports and travel locations, and adapt to varying time zones and climates.
