• Proactively seek out, engage with, and convert new prospects.

• Conduct initial discovery discussions to confirm genuine business challenges.

• Assess opportunities based on specific criteria (buyer, budget, timing, urgency).

• Develop a sales-accepted, achievable pipeline—avoiding inflated activity.

• Focus on accounts that align with established industry purchasing behaviors.

• Conduct discussions with relevance, insight, and commercial confidence.

• Collaborate with partners early to enhance credibility and access.

• Ensure accurate CRM management and maintain pipeline integrity.

• Take part in weekly pipeline evaluations with defined next steps.
