This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Oversees a team of direct reports and manages additional team leaders.

• Responsible for a team that supports various disease areas.

• Contributes to both short-term and long-term Biostatistics strategies.

• Works in collaboration with executives to shape future directions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.

• 12+ years of experience with a Master's degree.

• 12+ years of experience with a PhD or PharmD.

• 6+ years of experience with an MD.

• 15+ years of progressive industry experience in biostatistics with a Master's degree or 12+ years with a PhD.

• Proven leadership in developing, guiding, and scaling biostatistics functions.
