This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee intricate projects, significant workstreams, and/or client portfolios, managing scope, speed, quality, team capacity, expectations, and client results.
• Establish strategic direction across teams or workstreams by clarifying ambiguous client requests, testing assumptions, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data, articulating trade-offs, and converting strategy into actionable decisions.
• Provide guidance on solution design, encompassing structures, roles, governance, decision-making rights, operating models, and operational methods that facilitate strategy implementation.
• Persuade senior leaders and intricate stakeholder groups, comprehend team and organizational dynamics, transform resistance into constructive feedback, rebuild trust when necessary, and assist leaders in converging on definitive decisions and a clear course of action.
• Design change and enablement strategies for various audiences, leaders, systems, and operational methods, ensuring clients can adopt and maintain new practices.
• Craft compelling narratives across engagements, support senior stakeholders in navigating complexity and tension, adapt in real-time, and guarantee that communication fosters decisions and actions.
• Exhibit proficiency in AI application and responsible adoption of emerging technologies; counsel teams and clients on AI-driven opportunities, business value, governance, risks, and practical human integration.
• Generate new opportunities through trusted collaborations by cultivating advocates, identifying and shaping prospects, advising on scope and positioning, and supporting the promotion of work for oneself and others.
• Mentor leaders across Omlie through coaching, constructive feedback, sponsorship, actionable development plans, and clear expectations for effective delivery aligned with our delivery principles.
• Develop reusable methods, playbooks, standards, or training programs that enhance Omlie’s delivery quality, client impact, team capabilities, and market reputation.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry position.
• Proven ownership of a client portfolio generating $1–3M in annual revenue, with responsibility for growth and retention.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, accounts, teams, or senior client relationships with successful outcomes.
• Capability to set strategic direction, integrate multiple workstreams, influence senior-level decisions, and convert ambiguity into actionable client plans.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, responsible AI practices, and emerging technology trends impacting consulting delivery and client strategy.
• To be eligible, candidates must fulfill the essential requirement of having sales experience.
