This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Direct and manage location-based operations personnel.

• Supervise various projects and make strategic decisions regarding budgeting and recruitment.

• Analyze daily production reports and End of Day Reporting.

• Validate and submit SPM timekeeping records and authorize SPM time-off requests.

• Determine the execution of Lean management practices.

• Negotiate and finalize project budgets.

• Conduct interviews and make hiring choices for SPM-level roles.

• Resolve significant project challenges at all tiers.

• Ensure that team members fulfill their daily tasks satisfactorily.

• Assist in generating RFPs and setting up projects alongside the Engagement Director and SPMs.

• Oversee project delivery in the designated region, including leveraging talent across regional hubs.

• Exchange ideas and innovative practices with other regional Delivery teams.

• Ensure that project requirements are fulfilled and facilitate timely solutions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

• A college or university degree.

• Significant experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Extensive experience in online communication.

• Fundamental knowledge of Power BI and web-based platforms.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Flexibility to work remotely, in an office, or in a hybrid environment depending on the role.

• Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to give and receive feedback, recognize when to delegate, and exhibit confidence.

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.

• Organized and capable of working independently while managing a team.
