This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead and enhance Customer Analytics & Insights capabilities to transform insights into actionable strategies and implementations.
• Guide and develop Team Leads by establishing decision-making authority, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Oversee Analytics & Insights teams in collaboration with franchises, functions, and regions to provide integrated, decision-ready insights.
• Hold Global Capability Owners accountable for outcomes related to Customer Analytics & Insights and Global Performance Reporting.
• Collaborate on resource planning, talent strategy, and capability development initiatives.
• Manage budget and resource allocation while making decisions regarding team investments.
• Define and refine the team's vision and strategy in alignment with Customer Insights & Data priorities and Jazz's objectives.
• Translate business strategies into prioritized demands for analytics and insights.
• Establish and govern the maturity, standardization, reuse, and scalability of Customer Analytics & Insights capabilities.
• Manage strategic partnerships with vendors.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Activation Leads on user needs, readiness, enablement, and adoption processes.
• Align with stakeholders from franchises, functions, regions, and senior leadership.
• Facilitate alignment across data, insights, franchises, and commercial functions with support from Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums to address dependencies.
• Lead the resolution of complex issues that span multiple teams and impact capability performance or adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in customer analytics, market research, or insights positions.
• 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, payers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• 6–8 years of experience in leading individuals, managing high-performing teams, and fostering accountability across functions.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analytical techniques.
• Experience in market research, segmentation, and patient journey analysis.
• Capability to synthesize primary research, secondary data, real-world data, and engagement metrics.
• Skill in translating complex insights into clear implications and compelling narratives.
• Experience working within Agile product development teams and product operating frameworks.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI, automation, or agentic workflows for enterprise analytics and reporting.
• Experience in resource planning, performance management, and talent development.
• 20–30% travel may be required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in capability operating models, enterprise platform teams, rare diseases or specialty brands, and distributed matrixed teams is preferred.
