Belarusian Language Specialist, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Review and annotate content in Belarusian.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and fluency.

• Identify and log patterns of errors.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance prompts, evaluation techniques, and linguistic guidelines.

• Offer expert insights on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural relevance.

• Assess and improve Belarusian text outputs using AI tools.

• Proficiency in Belarusian is mandatory.

• Proven experience in translation, linguistics, language education, editing, or similar professional fields.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong cultural awareness.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous.
