This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop high-quality, clear, and actionable insights aimed at leadership assessment and development, drawing on Gartner’s best practices and methodologies in research.
• Leverage experience in implementing solutions and technology within leadership development processes to generate new insights that assist clients in prioritizing and making informed decisions about their talent, processes, and investments.
• Produce innovative, thought-provoking, and essential “must-have insights” content.
• Generate new insights and concepts through thought leadership, offering compelling and actionable strategies that meet client needs and accelerate their decision-making capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify the root causes of client barriers or overall needs and reframe strategies to advance organizational goals.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insights positions within a team of analysts.
• Deliver provocative and independent insights to Gartner leaders to influence the trajectory of the research agenda.
• Research, analyze, and forecast market trends and changes to equip clients and vendors with actionable insights.
• Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice relevant to their designated content area through virtual or face-to-face engagements.
• Create and present high-value materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales by serving as the market voice, assisting Insights teams in content creation, and driving client engagement to advance their critical business priorities.
• Ensure high-quality and timely peer content reviews.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions, collaborating effectively with peers in the Insights community.
• Identify improvements in research processes or develop new methodologies that enhance service delivery for the team and BTI.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing support to their professional growth.
• Maintain a client-centric focus, actively facilitating regular and meaningful engagements with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Extensive background in HR leadership, Talent Management, and/or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience in leading strategic planning and executing leadership development programs.
• Experience in designing and implementing assessment strategies for the selection and development of high-potential employees and successors within global organizations.
• Familiarity with statistical methodologies and assessment technologies, including data analytics, survey design, and validation studies.
• Proficient in utilizing various talent assessments (psychometric tests, business simulations, structured interviews, skills assessments, potential assessments, etc.).
• Comfortable advising and collaborating with CHROs and executive leadership teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Demonstrated excellence in research and writing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation abilities; capable of engaging clients and effectively addressing their queries.
• Strong communication skills to simplify and clarify complex concepts.
• Proficient public speaking skills, comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale events.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global vendor landscape in talent assessments, leadership development, and psychometrics, as well as their market dynamics.
• Ability to work autonomously while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support others in a multicultural global environment.
• Agile learner adept at navigating complex, matrixed settings.
• Capability to represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies effectively at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (as applicable).
