This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop innovative, forward-thinking, and impactful research that provides compelling, objective, and actionable guidance for Gartner clients.
• Generate new insights and concepts through thought leadership initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses that pinpoint the underlying causes of clients’ challenges or overall requirements.
• Showcase thought leadership by producing bold, independent insights.
• Monitor and engage closely with vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Offer personalized advice grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data to CHROs, HR functional leaders, and HR technology leaders.
• Design and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events.
• Support sales efforts by acting as the voice of the market.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to communicate Gartner insights effectively.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of core Learning & Development (L&D) platforms and technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by CHROs in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in successfully designing, implementing, and managing HR technology strategies.
• Extensive first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape, including market dynamics and emerging use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural global team.
• Open to peer feedback and able to provide constructive feedback to others.
• Comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Agile in navigating and learning within highly matrixed environments.
• Willing and able to travel up to 25%, regionally and globally.
