📋 Description

• Develop compelling and insightful content that is essential for our clients.

• Generate new ideas and insights through leadership in thought development.

• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the underlying causes of client challenges.

• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing insight positions within a team of analysts.

• Conduct research, analyze, and forecast market trends and changes.

• Offer actionable recommendations to clients and potential clients.

• Create and present high-impact presentation materials.

• Provide sales support by representing the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as a recognized industry expert.

• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions actively.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Maintain a client-centric approach to foster regular client engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant industry or field experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, their use cases, and best practices for implementation, integration, and automation.

• Experience working with multiple leading CRM vendors.

• Proficient in managing complex CRM initiatives.

• Understanding of AI CRM application strategies and current technology trends.

• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to perform under tight deadlines.

• Proven excellence in research and writing capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with analytical and presentation skills.

• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data effectively.

• Subject matter expert comfortable speaking at both large and small audiences.

• Robust business and financial insight.

• In-depth understanding of the global and competitive landscape within the relevant subject area.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.
