Senior Director Analyst, Analytics & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop exceptional, clear, and actionable research content focused on analytics, AI, and data science.

• Diagnose the underlying causes of client challenges and propel strategic initiatives forward.

• Maintain a comprehensive perspective of the market while delving into specific topics related to Analytics & AI.

• Offer practical analytics and AI-focused advice through virtual or in-person engagements.

• Create and present materials for Gartner events and client briefings.

• Ensure high-quality and timely peer reviews of research work.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

• Anticipate market trends and aid clients in their decision-making processes.

• Engage actively in discussions about innovation and research with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in Analytics & AI.

• Proven experience in a leadership or senior technical position within technology or business sectors.

• Relevant industry experience with in-depth knowledge of CDAO, Head of Analytics and AI roles, or similar business functions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to engage with clients and respond to inquiries effectively.

• Capable of working independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams.

• Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills; adept at working under tight deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.

• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to apply conceptual models and identify patterns.

• Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale events.
