• Actively engage in discussions regarding innovation and research.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Maintain a client-centric approach to help clients regularly connect with Gartner insights.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.

• Proven experience in leading teams to modernize developer tools.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with AI-related development tools.

• Practical understanding of low-code application tools.

• Familiarity with leading vendors in the low-code market.

• Excellent organizational abilities; capable of working under tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in analytical and presentation capabilities.

• Proven track record of speaking at engagements.

• In-depth knowledge of the global competitive landscape.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25%.
