Senior Director – AI Product, Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the strategy for AI product offerings

• Lead teams comprised of AI Product Owners

• Advocate for data quality, monitoring, and performance

• Collaborate with Architecture, Governance, Engineering, and InfoSec teams

• Create and uphold standards for operational readiness

• Work alongside product, commercial, and business leaders

• Ensure teams have access to monitoring platforms

• Encourage innovative and resourceful product development

• Execute other related responsibilities as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred

• Background working in regulated industries

• Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Jira, and Confluence

• Extensive knowledge of both on-premises and cloud architectures, data platforms, and AI technologies

• Solid understanding of enterprise governance processes

• Comprehensive knowledge of AI software development lifecycle governance

• Proven ability to lead and influence across various enterprise functions

• Outstanding communication skills

• Experience in governing vendor technologies

• Strong financial understanding
