Senior Director, Agentic AI and Clinical Trial Platforms

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI models for the redaction, segmentation, interpretation, and processing of DICOM, video, photo, PDF, and other media.

• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation for evaluating AI models.

• Assist in the deployment of AI models onto the company’s systems.

• Oversee AI engineers, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), and imaging technology teams involved in building AI models.

• Maintain and enhance the AI platform.

• Collaborate with engineering departments to provide training on the AI platform.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Image AI within the company and with clients.

• Represent Bioclinica at Image AI and related conferences and events.

• Investigate opportunities for new inventions, efficiencies, and product offerings.

• Read, comprehend, and comply with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in the formulation and enforcement of departmental standards.

• Collaborate with internal staff to address and resolve issues.

• Identify opportunities to enhance organizational and departmental processes.

• Support colleagues in achieving their results.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Attend and engage in relevant company-sponsored training.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (Masters or higher) in a STEM field.

• Over 2 years of verifiable experience in Image AI work.

• Strong motivational skills and abilities, fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

• Goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor.

• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ability to work with computers for extended periods.

• Expected to follow company policies and SOPs.
