AI Video Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create AI-generated video assets for Meta and TikTok advertisements utilizing Higgsfield and various models such as Veo, Kling, Sora, Runway, and similar tools.

• Produce UGC-style talking-head clips, product scenes, b-roll, and comprehensive concept videos.

• Write, test, and refine prompts, reference images, and settings to align with briefs and brand standards.

• Maintain a repository of effective prompts and workflows.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to develop hooks, scripts, and ad concepts.

• Generate captivating opening seconds and testable creative variations.

• Create multiple iterations of successful concepts incorporating new hooks, scenes, characters, and settings.

• Ensure consistency in characters, products, and brand appearance.

• Conduct quality checks on assets for visual defects, legible text, believable motion, accurate product representation, and necessary testimonial labeling.

• Deliver clean, organized, and correctly sized outputs via Google Drive, Frame.io, or comparable tools.

• Analyze successful ads and provide insights on angles, hooks, formats, and performance creative strategy.

• Apply test results to enhance future asset batches.

• Stay updated on evolving AI models, tools, and features.

• Meet agreed-upon weekly asset volumes, turnaround times, revision requirements, and file organization standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in creative or video production.

• Demonstrable hands-on experience in AI video generation, supported by a reel of AI-generated videos.

• Familiarity with Higgsfield or the models it operates, including Veo, Kling, Sora, or Runway.

• Strong prompting instincts and the ability to iterate quickly across AI video models.

• Capability to meet creative briefs and comprehend model strengths and limitations.

• Understanding of advertising hooks, product proof, offers, and the differences between realistic and artificial-looking AI clips.

• Creative and problem-solving capabilities with a thoughtful and methodical approach to work.

• Comfortable working primarily independently, with communication mainly conducted through writing via Slack and email.

• Proficient in spoken and written English at a high level.

• Full-time exclusive availability; no additional clients or freelance work alongside this role.
