This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the implementation of early-stage technology initiatives that align with corporate strategy, clinical priorities, and platform vision.
• Convert innovation strategies into actionable, de-risked workstreams, including pilots, feasibility studies, validation programs, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, milestone achievement, and executive reporting across the Advanced Technologies portfolio.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Lead strategic evaluations of emerging technologies, AI capabilities, digital biomarkers, sensors, and related healthcare innovations.
• Act as the main operational leader for the Innovation Committee and the Advanced Technologies function.
• Serve as a delegated representative of executive leadership for Advanced Technology across Product, Business Development, Engineering, Science, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Independently foster alignment, accountability, and decision-making among stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Establish milestones, deadlines, and decision frameworks to maintain organizational momentum.
• Facilitate progress without the need for detailed direction or constant oversight.
• Lead the creation of investment-grade Product Concept Documents.
• Define clinical needs, target customers, workflow integration, technical feasibility, regulatory pathways, evidence strategies, commercialization approaches, and business rationales.
• Drive cross-functional reviews, executive evaluations, and funding recommendations.
• Manage the Advanced Technology budget and headcount as part of the operating plan; oversee incremental small-scale budgets for pilots and feasibility studies.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in medtech, digital health, healthcare AI, diagnostics, product innovation, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in technology innovation, product management, or program leadership within medtech, digital health, or similar industries.
• Profound understanding of clinical workflows, unmet needs, and emerging trends in cardiovascular diagnostics, data science, digital health, deep neural networks, and foundational models.
• Outstanding analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Proven success in translating emerging technologies into funded programs, launched products, or measurable business results.
• Established ability to influence and achieve strategic outcomes through a mix of direct team leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Strong inclination towards action, execution, and decision-making.
• Demonstrated history of mobilizing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
