Senior Director, ACO Network Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing projected clinical improvement savings, Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) completion, and telemedicine adoption outcomes across a diverse portfolio of partners, including clinical groups and post-acute facilities.

• Develops the performance strategy for the portfolio and drives execution through effective leadership of the team and engagement with partners.

• Holds accountability for the retention of strategic accounts.

• Works within a dyad model alongside assigned Quality Improvement Nurses (QINs) and leads the dyad structure within the pod.

• Manages partner relationships, performance strategy, governance, operational execution, and commercial aspects of each partnership.

• Contributes to and oversees components of Sound's Network Performance operating model, which includes the MPR framework, Partner Termination Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance artifacts, Copilot Studio agent expansion, and standardization across pods.

• Acts as Sound's senior relationship owner for Too-Big-To-Fail (TBTF) partners within the designated portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), value-based care, or population health.

• At least 3 years of experience leading direct reports in a partner-facing or network role.

• Proven ability to navigate cross-portfolio fluency across clinical and facility partner contexts.

• Experience in senior-level relationship management with clinical executives and facility operators.

• Proficient in CCLF, QEXPU, quality registry data, and ACO financial mechanics, including shared savings, PMPM, and gross savings bridges.

• Skilled in understanding variations in ACO contract structures, such as PA Clean TIN, PSA Sound ACO TIN, and LTCF OE Participant Agreements.

• Strong people leadership skills encompassing hiring, coaching, performance management, and retention.

• Participation in governance, including IPC, Contract Committee readiness, and SteerCo-level synthesis.

• Strategic advisor mindset, ensuring that the partner experience reflects "Sound sees something I don't," rather than just "Sound is helpful when I call."
