This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team comprising Account Managers, Account Directors, Key Account Directors, and other managers to exceed our business retention and growth objectives in close collaboration with Sales.
• Drive exceptional commercial outcomes by coaching and exemplifying comprehensive client relationship-building, ensuring customers realize value through effective product utilization.
• Provide accurate forecasts for retention and growth of your portfolio through operational diligence, thorough analysis, and a profound understanding of account dynamics.
• Take charge of talent management and development for both individual contributors and managers through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and the implementation of scalable performance management programs.
• Maintain high performance levels and uphold our cultural values during periods of change and transformation.
• Develop a clear narrative regarding your team’s performance and customer indicators for presentation to leadership.
• Recruit top-tier talent to expand your team.
• Serve as a senior advocate for the customer within the organization, aligning with Product, Enablement, and Marketing on feedback for the roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or client success.
• More than 5 years of direct experience in people management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing other managers.
• A strong aptitude and eagerness to learn, as much of the necessary technical knowledge will be acquired on the job, given our diverse client base.
• Capability to simplify and clarify complex issues for better understanding.
• Experience in operationalizing the customer journey.
• A knowledgeable, articulate, consultative, and confident professional who interacts effectively with clients.
• A personal drive and ability to contribute to a vibrant and entrepreneurial team culture.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport with new contacts and maintain relationships, paired with a positive and proactive demeanor.
• An energetic and inventive individual, characterized by natural curiosity and an ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in time management and task prioritization, especially under pressure.
