This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as a digital project manager, you will confidently oversee large and smaller digital projects from briefing to implementation.

• You will manage technically complex projects and integrate the Customer Experience/User Experience perspective through your expertise.

• You will serve as the primary contact for clients, managing the project both externally and internally.

• You will collaborate closely with your interdisciplinary team and coordinate with colleagues across teams and locations.

• You will be responsible for the satisfaction of not only the clients but also the team within the projects entrusted to you.

• Additionally, you can take on Scrum meetings such as Sprint Planning, Review, or Retrospective, as well as Daily Stand-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency as a digital project manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

• You possess a solid understanding and practical experience with agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban and are proficient in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• You have a knack for determining the right project setup, whether waterfall or agile.

• You enjoy working with numbers just as much as you do managing and organizing various projects.

• Your communication skills enable you to advise colleagues from different fields as well as clients.
