This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a primary point-of-contact for both internal and external program operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency within your program.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings as required, documenting detailed action items and sharing meeting summaries.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control the execution of digital initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with channel team leadership.
• Oversee program scope, identify, define, and communicate risks and change requests, taking necessary actions to minimize impact on the program's success.
• Maintain a focus on the details of tasks, deadlines, and accuracy of deliverables.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive program documentation, including timelines and project trackers.
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage project tasks and deliverables using various project management tools.
• Ensure client programs are fully utilizing and complying with all relevant PMO templates and processes.
• Act as a generator and owner of key initiatives within the PMO department.
• Partner with client service counterparts to ensure account success.
• Mentor junior project managers as appropriate.
• Drive continuous process improvement for your program(s).
• Over 5 years of project management experience within an interactive agency, managing large-scale, multifaceted digital programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification is expected within one year of hire, covering training fees provided by Wpromote once eligible.
• Capability to independently lead project management for any program type.
• Skills necessary to oversee, train, and mentor junior-level project managers when applicable.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar task management software.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in documenting, tracking, and following up on multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Experience in creating essential project documentation, including project management plans, and change, issue, and risk logs, as well as status reports.
• Strong understanding of standard workflows in the digital creative process, paid media marketing, earned media marketing, analytics, and client management.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate and collaborate with senior-level clients and team members.
• Skills to identify program pain points and areas needing process improvement, managing the entire improvement lifecycle (identification, documentation, training, and adherence).
• Strong risk management capabilities to mitigate the impact on program success.
• Ability to identify the need for and implement complex, cross-channel workflows.
• Proficient in change management skills, including preparing and supporting teams, establishing necessary steps for change, and monitoring post-change activities.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
