Senior Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead digital and technology implementation initiatives from the planning phase to successful completion.

• Oversee website implementation, migration, and integration projects.

• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage activities and interdependencies between technical and business teams.

• Work closely with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and expected results.

• Track project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Identify delivery obstacles and coordinate actions to mitigate them.

• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the duration of the project.

• Create project status reports, dashboards, timelines, risk registers, and financial summaries.

• Establish governance frameworks and delivery controls for projects.

• Oversee multiple initiatives while keeping track of priorities and deadlines.

• Provide updates to senior stakeholders and highlight critical risks or obstacles as they arise.

• Engage in management and steering discussions.

• Collaborate with other Project Managers to enhance project management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally within digital transformation, IT, software, or technology-focused settings.

• Proven success in delivering complex implementation or transformation projects.

• Experience collaborating with various business and technical stakeholders.

• Background in working across different countries, regions, or business units is a plus.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is beneficial.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to independently drive projects and take full ownership of delivery.

• Confidence in navigating international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

• Experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with standard project management and collaboration tools; experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage.

• Relevant experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday workflows is a desirable asset.

• Background in digital commerce or customer-facing web platforms is a plus.

• Experience in large-scale website migration or integration initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams is a bonus.

• Understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital transformation projects is favorable.
