Senior Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You expertly oversee both large and smaller digital projects from the initial briefing to final delivery.

• Whether it involves new websites, portals, applications, microsites, or other platforms, you take charge to ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

• You manage projects that are functionally and technically intricate, and through your expertise, you contribute to the Customer Experience/User Experience aspects of the project.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you manage the project both externally and internally.

• You collaborate closely with your interdisciplinary team and coordinate with colleagues across different teams and locations.

• You are accountable for ensuring the satisfaction of both the clients and the project team for the projects assigned to you.

• Furthermore, you may facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and daily stand-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency as a Digital Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• A keen understanding of the suitable project setup, whether it be waterfall or agile.

• Excellent communication skills that empower you to guide colleagues from non-technical backgrounds as well as clients.

• Solution-oriented, with a structured approach to thinking and working, complemented by a pragmatic mindset and agile approach.
