Senior Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Project Leadership: Establishing scope, requirements, team structures, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery for intricate customer experience and engineering solutions.

• Delivery Control: Create and uphold comprehensive scoping documents, project plans, resource schedules, budgets, and budget reconciliations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and according to the agreed scope.

• Delivery Management: Oversee and direct large-scale digital transformation initiatives from start to finish, coordinating UX, UI, strategy, technical teams, and occasionally third-party vendors to guarantee seamless execution and delivery of reliable and scalable digital solutions.

• Change Control: Manage alterations to the project scope by adjusting the project timeline and associated costs.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, facilitating discussions related to project delivery, resolving conflicts, and providing updates to senior stakeholders.

• Cloud Hosting: Possess familiarity with cloud hosting and its significance in digital transformation.

• Risk & Financial Management: Actively identify and mitigate risks/issues, oversee project finances for profitability, and report status to the PMO.

• Team Guidance: Lead cross-disciplinary teams, eliminate obstacles, provide constructive feedback, and ensure teams remain productive and focused.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7+ years of pertinent project management experience overseeing large and complex web digital transformation projects.

• Strong leadership, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience in managing digital projects.

• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.

• Proficient in budget management and reconciliation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, including SEO, UX, and security.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Experience in a digital agency is advantageous, though not mandatory.
