This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the main strategic consultant for designated client accounts.
• Spearhead strategic planning efforts, quarterly business evaluations, growth conversations, and client meetings.
• Convert business objectives into comprehensive marketing strategies and actionable plans.
• Deliver strategic insights, performance analyses, and growth potential to client stakeholders.
• Foster trusted relationships through proactive consultation and strategic direction.
• Create and manage integrated marketing strategies encompassing paid media, SEO, AEO, content marketing, email marketing, local marketing, analytics, and new digital channels.
• Work alongside channel specialists to ensure tactical execution aligns with strategic goals.
• Evaluate marketing performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
• Establish testing roadmaps and optimization strategies aimed at enhancing business results.
• Contribute to the agency's thought leadership, process enhancements, and strategic best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, account strategy, marketing consulting, or agency settings.
• Proven experience in presenting recommendations and performance insights to clients or business stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of integrated digital marketing strategies and the interplay of various channels to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple digital marketing areas and a solid understanding across paid, organic, content, local, email, and analytics channels.
• Experience in analyzing marketing performance data and transforming insights into strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
• Background in supporting multi-location, healthcare, multifamily, higher education, franchise, or B2B marketing initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting software is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-driven search experiences, AEO, attribution frameworks, and conversion optimization is preferred.
