This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for assisting in the production, optimization, publication, and upkeep of high-quality digital content across various CMS platforms.
• Develops and publishes responsive digital experiences utilizing structured content, reusable templates, and component-based authoring techniques.
• Leverages knowledge and expertise to ensure online content adheres to brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards.
• Aids in personalization strategies and audience-targeted experiences through platforms like Adobe Target and Amplitude.
• Implements and supports A/B testing and optimization initiatives using Amplitude Experimentation and related analytics tools.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.
• Performs a variety of support functions to aid in departmental processes.
• Adheres to clearly defined procedures to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Utilizes existing procedures to address straightforward issues without needing to exercise discretion consistently.
• Employs basic communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Acts as an individual contributor working under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital content authoring or CMS.
