Digital Marketing, Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of marketing's role in generating a qualified pipeline by establishing campaign objectives, evaluating outcomes, and continually enhancing revenue performance derived from marketing efforts.

• Design, initiate, oversee, and refine integrated demand generation campaigns spanning paid search, SEO/SEM, display/programmatic, email, landing pages, retargeting, and nurturing programs.

• Ensure accurate capture, segmentation, routing, tracking, and reporting of leads while upholding high-quality CRM data in collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations.

• Create dashboards and reports that assess campaign performance, pipeline contributions, conversion rates, return on investment, and other essential marketing metrics.

• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid search, and programmatic advertising, including keyword strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, budget optimization, and performance analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing.

• Proficient in HubSpot with hands-on experience in workflows, forms, lists, landing pages, lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and data-driven.

• Strong project management abilities, including prioritization, follow-through, accountability, and communication proficiency.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with a strong sense of execution discipline.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance execution, content creation, campaign planning, and reporting.

• Innovative campaign instincts with the ability to generate ideas, test them, and transform them into measurable campaigns.

• An intrinsic motivation to surpass goals that is constant and self-driven.
