This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Take ownership of and implement the company's email marketing strategy utilizing Klaviyo, encompassing campaigns, automations, and customer lifecycle flows.
β’ Create and enhance email sequences such as welcome flows, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase journeys, win-back campaigns, and promotional efforts.
β’ Track the performance of email marketing initiatives and continually optimize key performance indicators like revenue per recipient, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer retention.
β’ Assist in customer acquisition strategies across paid e-commerce channels.
β’ Contribute to the TikTok Shop strategy, product launches, and explore marketplace growth opportunities.
β’ Organize influencer outreach and partnership marketing campaigns.
β’ Oversee and enhance social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
β’ Collaborate on website enhancements, merchandising strategies, and initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates.
β’ Evaluate campaign performance and offer recommendations based on data and customer insights.
β’ Investigate and experiment with new growth channels and digital marketing opportunities.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sector.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing email campaigns and automated customer lifecycle flows that yield measurable revenue.
β’ Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
β’ A solid understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce marketing metrics.
β’ Experience with paid social advertising or alternative paid acquisition channels.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and enhance campaign performance.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
