Contract Digital Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, YouTube, Search, and others.

• Liaise with external advertising vendors.

• Partner with our creative team to craft visually appealing marketing materials that enhance the Devoted brand and yield successful outcomes.

• Guarantee that all marketing materials are 100% compliant and free of errors.

• Utilize Monday.com to oversee creative requests involving our in-house video, design, copy, and compliance teams.

• Employ Looker and Google Sheets to monitor channel performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations.

• Prior experience managing paid media campaigns and familiarity with the mar-tech ecosystem (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager).

• Proficient understanding of digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools, including A/B testing, attribution models, and tracking pixels.

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com or Asana).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

• Tenacity in problem-solving; open to experimenting and iterating to discover solutions.

• Adaptable and willing to modify strategies based on performance and business objectives.

• Self-driven learner who is eager to improve their skills and develop daily.

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
