This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Oversee the planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives across social media, search engines, display advertising, and email communications.
β’ Take charge of paid media strategies and manage daily campaigns on Google, Meta, and other pertinent platforms.
β’ Create and oversee social media content calendars, fostering both organic growth and paid performance.
β’ Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, utilizing insights to enhance spending and strategic direction.
β’ Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and adhere to brand standards.
β’ Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
β’ Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms to retain a competitive advantage.
β’ Solid foundation in digital marketing with proven experience in executing successful campaigns.
β’ Extensive knowledge of paid media platforms, specifically Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
β’ Established expertise in social media marketing, encompassing both organic and paid tactics.
β’ A data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze analytics and foster continuous improvement.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey marketing performance to stakeholders.
β’ Must have previous remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally collaborated with companies based in the US or UK. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
