Senior Digital Creative – AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative and conceptual strategies for digital content and campaigns

• Effectively translate concepts into tangible designs and digital assets

• Oversee projects from the initial concept phase to the final creative execution

• Assume responsibility for the integration of AI in the creative production process

• Further enhance AI-assisted workflows

• Consistently improve digital creative assets

• Maintain a high standard of creative quality and diversity, spanning performance design to organic social content

• Collaborate with the Content and Creation team to advance digital communication efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills applicable to digital formats

• Hands-on experience in creative production

• A keen understanding of meaningful applications for AI technology

• An independent, solution-focused, and pragmatic work approach

• Proficient German language skills at a minimum C1 level

• Familiarity with design software

• Ideally, a background in art direction, design, or a similar creative discipline

• Strong awareness of emerging technologies and their creative uses
