Senior Digital Consulting Associate – Oracle EPM, Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Senior Associates hold a vital role in leading client-facing projects or work-streams.

• They are expected to engage significantly with clients throughout all project phases.

• Responsibilities include project management, thorough data analysis, and identifying key insights.

• They will develop persuasive, client-ready presentations.

• A key focus is on mentoring Analysts and Coachees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, drafting functional specifications, performing tests, resolving issues, and collaborating with business users.

• Over 3 years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning and/or ePBCS.

• Experience with full lifecycle implementation of cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning.

• Capability to manage project workstreams independently with strong planning and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in creatively solving complex problems using strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent analytical abilities combined with functional or technical knowledge, and hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and issues to internal and client teams.

• A strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements or collaboration with internal project teams.
