• Develop and implement strategies for assortment expansion aimed at enhancing revenue growth for Rithum and its clients.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, managing engagement objectives and achieving measurable results.
• Assess performance, trends, and category opportunities to guide assortment recommendations.
• Convert data into clear and actionable strategies that optimize assortment and cater to client demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Partnerships, and Marketing on merchandising strategies and client presentations.
• Establish and expand a network of brands and suppliers throughout EMEA to meet retailer demand and growth objectives.
• Identify and onboard new partners through proactive outreach, retailer demand signals, campaigns, and partner ecosystems.
• Utilize data and AI-driven tools to prioritize outreach and target high-potential partners.
• Create and manage outreach cadences to ensure a steady pipeline of new network participants.
• Design and refine scalable processes for partner qualification, onboarding, and activation.
• Collaborate across functions to align on target accounts, campaigns, and growth priorities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with integrators and external partners to enhance network reach.
• Monitor progress against network growth objectives, including onboarding, activation, and GMV contribution.
• Utilize analytics and AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, identify trends, and enhance decision-making.
• Leverage both internal and external data sources to generate insights that inform assortment and network strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Business Intelligence teams as a subject matter expert to guide analytics and AI tool development.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and amplify impact through AI and repeatable processes.
• Work collaboratively across teams to share insights, refine processes, and ensure consistent execution.
• A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in a professional setting, focusing on building and managing commercial relationships with brands and suppliers.
• 2–3 years of e-commerce experience in merchandising, wholesale, or retail buying/planning where you have managed the commercial relationship and negotiated terms.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outreach and manage partner engagement processes effectively.
• Experience in marketplace, supplier acquisition, or network growth environments.
• Familiarity with using AI to analyze data, streamline workflows, or enhance impact.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve outcomes, including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
