This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing multiple accounts, including significant ones, with a substantial level of independence.
• Training and supervising junior team members.
• Directing the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, emphasizing creative methods, audience engagement, placements, A/B testing, platforms, and success metrics across various statewide and/or national campaigns.
• Leading efforts in testing new platforms, techniques, and strategies.
• Generating reports, ensuring their accuracy, and delivering campaign analyses to Aisle 518 leadership and clients.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and colleagues to enhance advertising outcomes and proactively address client needs during critical periods.
• Consistently identifying opportunities for online advertising to meet client goals, and developing strategies that integrate digital advertising into other political or organizational areas such as email & SMS marketing, television, organizing, communications, etc.
• Mentoring and training staff on digital marketing strategies, tactics, and processes as required.
• Assisting in recognizing new business possibilities and collaborating with leadership to develop them.
• 3-4+ years of professional experience managing and executing large direct response marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and/or Twitter advertising.
• At least one election cycle of experience working on a political campaign, within a political organization, or for a firm that collaborates with either.
• Proven experience in discussing the results of direct response marketing campaigns with campaign or organizational leaders.
• Familiarity with constituent relationship management software such as Blue State Digital, NGP, ActionKit, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Experience in report template design, data visualization, and presentation design is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a metrics-driven analytical mindset.
