This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of EMEA digital activation through executive social channels, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and ABM-targeted initiatives to enhance credibility, engagement, and pipeline contributions across key markets.
• Oversee the social media presence of around 10 senior leaders in EMEA, including managing content calendars, ghostwriting, obtaining approvals, posting, and engagement activities.
• Implement structured executive thought leadership programs, ensuring alignment of messaging, managing review workflows, and coordinating amplification efforts.
• Execute paid LinkedIn campaigns, comprising thought leader advertisements and ABM-targeted paid boosts, synchronized with regional launch timelines and priority account lists.
• Provide one-to-few activation assistance for critical accounts.
• Enhance campaign content distribution across executive and paid channels.
• Integrate executive social content with customer proof points, ensuring that award recognitions and case studies are incorporated into leader posts and digital initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite content drafting, repurposing, localization, and performance optimization while upholding editorial quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
• Plan and execute social programs before, during, and after EMEA events and campaigns across brand and executive channels.
• Capture and disseminate content from events (including short videos, quotes, photos, and key takeaways) with a quick turnaround time.
• Manage agency support for executive content and social activation with well-defined scopes, budgets, and reporting.
• Monitor outputs and outcomes such as engagement, reach, share of voice, event impact, and measurable contributions to meetings and pipeline influence.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media activation, or integrated programs within enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid LinkedIn campaigns, thought leader advertisements, and ABM-targeted digital initiatives.
• Strong editorial skills across both long-form and short-form content formats, with a background in ghostwriting for senior executives.
• Confident in collaborating with senior executives, possessing a keen judgment on messaging, tone, and governance.
• Proficiency in AI for content creation workflows and optimization.
• Experience in managing agency relationships from start to finish.
• Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple workstreams without introducing complexity.
