This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in a strategic DevSecOps transformation project, emphasizing the transition from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and the modernization of cloud delivery practices within AWS environments.
• Engage actively in migration tasks, aiding in the design and implementation of GitHub workflows, and work together on containerized and serverless AWS deployments.
• Take part in the migration process from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, encompassing repositories, pipelines, boards, and governance methodologies;
• Aid in the design and execution of GitHub Actions workflows for building, testing, security scanning, packaging, and deploying applications;
• Facilitate the adoption of GitHub Advanced Security features, which include CodeQL, secret scanning, dependency review, and vulnerability management;
• Collaborate on establishing CI/CD standards, branching strategies, and practices for pull requests;
• Contribute to AWS modernization efforts, focusing on containerization using Amazon EKS and serverless solutions with AWS Lambda;
• Create and manage Terraform scripts for AWS infrastructure, covering EKS, Lambda, IAM, networking, and related services;
• Support practices related to container engineering such as Helm, image hardening, and ECR lifecycle policies;
• Contribute to serverless architectures utilizing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and SQS.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, including managing repositories, pull requests, branching strategies, and migration projects;
• Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions and architecture for CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong background in GitHub Advanced Security and integrating security into delivery pipelines;
• Proficient hands-on experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure;
• Significant experience with AWS services pertinent to modern cloud delivery, particularly EKS, Lambda, IAM, networking, and ECR;
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads, especially within Amazon EKS environments;
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps as a source for migration, including pipelines, repositories, and boards;
• Strong comprehension of DevSecOps practices, automation, compliance, and secure cloud delivery;
• Capacity to lead technical transformation projects within a global organization;
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated experience in international projects, including working with global and diverse teams;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
