Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance Kubernetes clusters, Istio service mesh, and Linux-based environments.

• Streamline workflows through automation using Go, Python, and Shell scripting.

• Develop monitoring and observability frameworks utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

• Diagnose intricate networking, storage, and system performance challenges.

• Engage in on-call rotations and postmortem evaluations to bolster system resilience.

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to guarantee infrastructure preparedness for model training and data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Google Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

• Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and networking principles.

• SRE mindset emphasizing automation, scalability, and reliability.

• Practical experience with PKI, service mesh technologies, and Linux systems administration.
