Senior DevSecOps & Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines with integrated security measures.

• Automate the provisioning of infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Oversee and secure Windows, Android, and Linux systems in both cloud and on-premises settings.

• Execute monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.

• Assist with SOC 2 audits, implement security controls, and gather necessary evidence.

• Incorporate SAST/SCA/DAST tools into CI/CD workflows.

• Work collaboratively with Security, Engineering, and Retail Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering.

• Proficient in Linux administration (Debian, RHEL, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Expertise in IaC tools (Prometheus, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).

• Ability to perform threat modeling for systems and infrastructure.

• Understanding of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001, PCI-DSS).

• Experience in retail or transactional environments is advantageous.

• Background in working with container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, etc.).

• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Security is a significant plus.
