Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer – Monitoring Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage in observability and monitoring projects.

• Collaborate in the definition and management of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.

• Integrate observability with IT processes.

• Participate in training and certification activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer focused on observability and monitoring projects.

• Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or another equivalent technical qualification.

• Previous experience in governance, design, or evolution of observability services, monitoring, APM, or SRE roles.

• Knowledge of observability/APM platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, or AppDynamics.

• Experience in defining and managing SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.

• General knowledge of application architectures, middleware, infrastructure, and Cloud.

• Advanced alerting models and noise reduction techniques.

• Integration of observability with IT processes for incidents, problems, and changes.

• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL methodologies, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, and Continuous Improvement.

• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
