Senior DevOps Manager, German speaking

📋 Description

• Ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT operations.

• Build and lead a DevOps team.

• Manage and continuously enhance existing infrastructure (currently primarily on-premises).

• Take ownership of and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Drive advancements in monitoring, alerting, and incident management.

• Support and guide cloud migration efforts.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance release quality and speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps/Infrastructure leadership roles, including managing and mentoring technical teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux, on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other contemporary DevOps/IaC tools.

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and infrastructure security best practices.

• Practical experience with cloud environments and supporting cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Languages: English and German.
