Senior DevOps Engineer – WebRTC, LiveKit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand infrastructure for AI agents utilizing LiveKit and various real-time frameworks.

• Set up and oversee cloud-based infrastructure for both web and mobile applications.

• Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing processes.

• Streamline deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applications.

• Create and uphold observability systems, including logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and alert notifications.

• Guarantee system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and planning for incident responses.

• Engage in daily standups with team members and weekly presentations with clients.

• Work together with development teams to enhance build processes and deployment strategies.

• Aid in upholding security best practices throughout infrastructure and application deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with WebRTC infrastructure.

• Proficient in English (B2+).

• Experience in deploying and managing LiveKit (either self-hosted or on the Cloud).

• More than 3 years of experience in constructing and maintaining WebRTC infrastructure.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices in cloud environments.

• Skilled in REST APIs, Webhooks, and Docker/Kubernetes.

• Extensive experience in containerization, orchestration, and automation.

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

• Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
